Well, you will be happy to know that we have revisted the Tim Tam Slam, which continues to be an exciting component of our diets. At left is a picture of Thimo, me and Matt, all ready to slam it up with some Latte Tim Tams, one of our favorites. Oh, they are so good!

I'm a doodler, a dreamer and a critic. I am passionate about gardening and local, organic foods. I love to bike and rollerblade and sit in the grass. Geography has been my life, and has been my area of study: I was born in Cincinatti Ohio, moved to Gaylord Michigan, hopped down to Tampa Florida, and then ended up in Minnesota for 7th grade. I have a twin brother, a sister, two awesome parents, and a girlfriend who is swell and thinks I'm swell too. I am a Senior at the University of St. Thomas, and also an English writing major and environmental studies minor.

i loved the video -- minus the super creepy "spitty" baby doll behind you, of course... you guys and the tim tams looked just lovely, though. :)

I found Tim-Tams in Thailand but unfortunately they don't have really good coffee, but I might try it anyway. I think it will be difficult, but hopefully with your instructions I will accomplish it. I'll let you know how the Thai Tim-Tam slam goes.
